Postnatal Yoga Class

Service Description

This class will focus on rebuilding strength and energy that may have been lost during pregnancy. We will work to release our shoulders, strengthen our pelvic floor, reengage our abdominal muscles, and realign our posture. You are welcome to bring your newborn to class with you! We appreciate this time in you and your babies lives when your baby still needs you, but you need to take care of yourself. This class is being scheduled directly around the expecting mom's availability and needs, so e-mail us to discuss the schedule. yogamountainloft@gmail.com
